An example process that we follow when recruiting for technical position:
- Intro call with HR. CV, and Portfolio screening done by Hiring Team.
- 30-minute phone call with Engineering Manager.
- Great to have - Do you have someone who we can call for a reference?
- Coding exercise (engineering only) - estimated for 2 days of work. We value your time and we will pay for it. Alternatively, showcase your own private project if you have one.
- Technical interview - about 2 hours, remotely or in our Wroclaw HQ. Engineering Manager and one of our devs will be present.
- In a few days - we make you an offer.
