- GBU (Good Bad Ugly) - The name comes from a format of meeting that has been abandoned long ago, but the idea remains. Every week, the whole company meets for an hour to synchronize which can take several forms. Workshops, retro summary, presentations from guilds, projects or teams (e.g. sales or HR). We always start with anonymous thank-you notes gathered every week.
- Guild’s weekly meetings - Each guild has it’s own weekly meetings that aims to synchronize participants and makes space to exchange knowledge. Agenda differs from presentations, discussions, mob-programming to status updates.
- Retrospective - Company-wide quarterly retro. Every employee can post an anonymous sticky about what is good or bad and what we should start doing to improve our time at work. We vote and form working groups to address the issues. The retro is accompanied by an anonymous survey where we measure employee satisfaction and act upon results if needed.
Note - All meetings are recorded and available to the employees. Thanks to that, guilds can exchange knowledge and employees can catch up on changes taking place during their absence.
