Company retreats 🎢

At least once a year, usually around summer, we are hosting an in-person company retreat for a whole weekend.

Additionally, there are several meetups in Wroclaw e.g. Christmas Party, that are hosted in the office or in a restaurant.

Project parties 🥂

Every project team is encouraged to organize their own retreats and parties and our HR and Administration teams are there to assist transportation, accommodation and finance.

Guild parties 🎉

Every guild (platform team like iOS or Product Managers) can host their own integration party. Having a lunch together or watching an online conference in the office every few months has been quite popular.
